Some years ago, I was doing a job I didn’t love; and I was itching daily to do something different with my life. At some points, anxiety and depression set in, but I did not find the motivation to do anything.
Then, I realised that I needed to look for what I was passionate about – what I loved to do.
I really don’t have an answer on how to stay focused and passionate, but I can offer you an advice on what my experiences have taught me.

I TOOK A BREAK: I took a break and left my comfort zone and environment. I knew that I needed to be detached from my environment in order to allow my brain to regenerate. Do that, and when you return, you’ll see the difference.
I USED THE INTERNET: We are very lucky to live in a time where we have access to the internet and every piece of information whenever and wherever we need it. Seek useful, motivational information. If you are interested in something or someone, browse and learn about them. This really helped me.

LOOK FOR SOMEONE THAT INSPIRES YOU: I believe that we all have people that inspire us in one way or the other. Contact them if need be and open your heart to them. Listen to them, and you will see changes. Make sure it is someone you hold in high regard.
DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE: Whatever it is you are doing, make sure it is something you love to do, because you are going to be doing that thing for a very long period of time. No one becomes successful overnight. It is a gradual process. Find something you love doing and work hard on it.
